Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Naskah belum pernah diterbitkan sebelumnya, dan tidak sedang dalam pertimbangan untuk diterbitkan di jurnal lain (atau sudah dijelaskan dalam Komentar kepada Editor).
  • File naskah dalam format dokumen OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, atau RTF.
  • Referensi yang dapat diakses online telah dituliskan URL-nya.
  • Naskah diketik dengan teks 1 spasi; font 12; menggunakan huruf miring, bukan huruf bergaris bawah (kecuali alamat URL); dan semua ilustrasi, gambar, dan tabel diletakkan dalam teks pada tempat yang diharapkan, bukan dikelompokkan tersendiri di akhir naskah.

Author Guidelines

Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

A. General Requirements

The minimum standard requirements of Jurnal Teknik Informatika C.I.T Medicom must be:

  • Written in English.
  • The length of submitted paper is at least 4 pages and no more than 10 pages. Editors will be evaluated if the papers are needing more pages than 10 pages.
  • Use of a tool such as Mendeley for reference management and formatting, and choose IEEE style
  • Make sure that your paper is prepared using the Jurnal Teknik Informatika C.I.T Medicom  paper template.
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • your article is sent along with the results of a similarity test using an application such as Turnitin with a maximum of 20% similarity.

B. Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure:

  • Title. The title of the paper is maxed 15 words, without Acronym or abbreviation
  • Abstract. The Abstract has a maximum 300 WORDS; No citation; State in the abstract a primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes, and results, and the conclusions.
  • Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction - Method - Results and Discussion- Conclusion.
  • For review literature articles use the following structures: Introduction - Background of the study/Related Work - Research Method -Results and Discussion - Conclusion -Limitations and future works - References
  • References . Expect a minimum of 25 references primarily with a minimum of 80% journal articles that have a reputation scopus journa and are not more than 5 years old.

Each submitted article must contain the following points:

Title
1. Title represents the content
2. Title has never been mentioned in other journals

Abstract
1. Provide research problem and objective
2. Provide applied research method
2. Provide the result of the research
3. Provide relevant keyword

Introduction
1. Provide research problem
2. Provide writers insight and plan to the problem-solving effort
3. Provide research objective
4. Provide theoretical studies to the problems examined
5. Provide expectations of the results and benefits of research

Method
1. Describe method clearly
2. Have cited sources that assist the author in the selection of methods..
3. Have explained how the data was obtained.
4. The procedure is written chronologically and clearly.
5. The author has written how the results will be measured, tested, and evaluated.

Result and Discussion
1. Data presentation and explanation valid and reasonable
2. Tables and figures are useful in the explanation
3. Discussion / analysis is relevant to research results

Conclusion
1. Provide summary of main finding
2. Provide research contribution
3. Provide research implication
4. Provide research limitation
5. Provide future research

References
1. Relevant reference Expect a minimum of 25 references primarily with a minimum of 80% to as low as from scopus journal

  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring Double-Blind Review have been followed.
